Each studio apartment has its own front door leading to the entrance lobby with doors off into the main studio and bathroom. The studio is mainly carpeted and incorporates a mini-kitchen equipped with a full size refrigerator, twin electric hot plates, a microwave/oven/grill, and stainless steel sink and storage drawers. Kettle, toaster, saucepans, cutlery and crockery are also provided. The room is fully furnished with a quality bed, dining table, LCD wall mounted colour TV, chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe

The luxury modern bathroom has a bath with shower, wash basin, toilet, a shaver point, and in some cases an electric heater to meet the Quality Standard for the English Tourism Council.

Wireless broadband internet access is available as a free additional service.

All quality bed linen is provided, with rooms serviced weekly. Towels are changed on alternate days.

An entry phone exists in every apartment, connected to the main entrance intercom for the convenience of visitors.

An iron/ironing board and vacuum cleaner are available for communal use.
