Both types of studio are to a similar standard except that the double studio is slightly bigger, has an armchair, and a sea view. 

Each studio apartment has its own front door leading to the entrance lobby with doors off into the main studio and bathroom. The living accommodation is mainly carpeted and incorporates a mini-kitchen equipped with a full size refrigerator, twin electric hot plates, a microwave/oven/grill, and stainless steel sink and storage drawers. Kettle, toaster, saucepans, cutlery and crockery are also provided. The room is fully furnished with a quality bed, dining table, LCD colour TV, chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower, wash basin, toilet, a shaver point, and in some cases an electric heater to meet the quality standard for Visit England tourist authority.

All quality bed linen is provided, with rooms serviced weekly. Towels are changed on alternate days. An iron/ironing board and vacuum cleaner are available for communal use.

An entry phone exists in every apartment, connected to the main entrance intercom for the convenience of visitors.

Complimentary tea/coffee is provided on arrival.
